♣ Gotta love the Nineties!

A few days ago I was chatting with a friend when all of a sudden the subject switched to our childhood. Full of reminscence I started googling some nineties toys, because yes, I'm a child of the nineties ;-)

Remember these ugly guys? Trolls...

So, what do you think of this troll pants? Find out how to make it, on the blog of Urban Outfitters.

Troll sweater found on the Rokit webshop.

What about the gameboy?

When this vintage gameboy was on every child's wishlist I was still too young to be attracted to this hype, but I remember my uncle having one. By the time I was interested in this kind of stuff the vintage exemplar was beaten by the gameboy color, which I pridefully owned. :-)

Vintage gameboy bathing suit by Black Milk.

An iphone cover. Spotted on Amazon.

My favourite game... Tetris!

The tetris bathing suit from Black Milk.

A tetris dress. :-) Spotted at Ohmz.

Finally. My hero... Super Mario!

A Mario skirt. Spotted on Next Gadgets.

Cute Mushroom wallet. Found on the Amazon website.

Bye! x.

♣ Hot or not? Spangled shades

I'm serious. These sunglasses, decorated with dinosaurs, elephants, leopards and other outstanding items, are available at the Spangled webshop. Gotta lov'em... or not. :-) Honestely, I would never wear these shades on an every day outing, but they would surely look nice on summer festivals. Unfortunately I haven't planned any festivals till now. :-(

✈ Marvelous street art in Lisbon

A few years ago I travelled to Lisbon visiting a friend doing his Erasmus there. This little Portugese capital is simply great! Nice atmosphere, cosy streets, bakeries selling the best pastries and restaurants serving the best fish! What makes it even better is that this city is ideal for travellers on a budget. No need spending time at McDonalds for a 'Eurodeal hamburger' when there's all these delicacies around. :-) Since this little town stole my heart and I hope returning there soon, I'd like to inspire you with some of my photos of my short stay there.

Be inspired by some of Lisbon's street art

Lisbon is simply amazing. Great athmosphere, vivid street life and hidden treasures. The Portugese capital has an interesting street art scene.

♣ Around the world in 80 days...

A classic that has been on my list for quite some time. When I saw this beautiful paperback from Penguin books I didn't doubt for a sec... this book had to be part of my collection. I finished it in three days. :-)

Green, green, green! Everyone must have something green in their closet this Spring and Summer. Poison green, dark green or mint. Here some inspiration for the ones that are still looking for the perfect green items to stuff their closets. ;-)

✈ Going South - Dinant & Namur

Two weekends ago I visited two cities in Wallonia with my friend from Canary Islands. After a snowy Sunday, time for melting Monday! :-) Here some photos from our visit to Dinant and Namur.

Descending the Citadelle

Adolphe Sax, inventor of the Saxophone, was living in Dinant

Dinant is relatively small. After climbing the Citadelle, you can have a walk around and enjoy the simulations. The town itself is really small and you'll go through it in no time. That's why we decided to hop on the bus and head to Namur.

Namur is a cosy town. Good combination between sightseeing and shopping. ;-) Although I was limited to window shopping, because of my budget.

Bye, bye! x.
